Dave and his team at Clarke Building Company were reliable, knowledgeable, thorough, and very competent. While the work they completed on my parents' house to prepare it for sale was minor in scope for them, they always treated me and my requests with prompt, kind, and thoughtful attention. Beyond being very happy with affordable solutions that never sacrificed quality, and was communicative and flexible about when and how work was performed ( such as arranging work around the special needs and schedules of those residing in the house while work was being done). Clarke Building Company did a terrific job on our office renovation after major water damage due to frozen pipes. They were knowledgeable, careful, and left everything neat and clean after each day's construction. They were willing to work with our office schedule to accommodate our needs to keep the business running during the renovation. Clarke Building Company completed a residing of our entire Ipswich home with James Hardy Cedar Impressions. The project was on schedule despite uncertain weather conditions. We are very happy with the final product and have neighbors work outside the contract was priced reasonable and unused materials returned to supplier was credited to the final payment. David and his crew care about the work they do and the results that you are looking for. They did a phenomenal job on our addition project which included expanding our master bedroom, adding a master bedroom and walk-in closet, and constructing a 3- season room. I highly recommend them. David and his crew replaced a sliding door and extended a second floor deck over the garage. They also replaced a second floor window. The project was completed on time and came in on budget. Dave and his entire crew are professional, skilled at their work, keep the project on schedule and all a pleasure to work with. A kitchen remodel is one of the hardest to live through. I think it speaks volumes that even after a remodel that leaves you washing dishes in a bathroom sink and cooking in a toaster oven, Dave and his crew still had me laughing.
